Ms. Amisha Shah, is a Commerce and Law Graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India since 2007. She has a total experience of more than 10 years in serving the corporates and various other business models. She has served a NSE BSE Listed Company as the Compliance Head for 7 years. She excels in providing prompt solutions for various secretarial and legal matters. She has expertise in SEBI and ROC affairs.
Ms. Namrata Shah is a Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate in Tax and Financial Management from the Welingkar Institute. She has experience of 10 years and specialization in providing Tax audit, Sales Tax and Income Tax compliances.
Mr. Bhavesh Jain, is a Commerce and Law Graduate from University of Mumbai and an Associate Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. He has experience of over 15 years and specialization in providing Vat audit, Statutory Audit and Assurance services to Indian Companies. He has also equipped himself with course on Business Consulting Studies and Internal Audit Studies from Welingkar. He is key in-charge for VAT Audits. He is principal in charge for Statutory Audits & Internal Audits.
Mr. Rajesh Dalmia is a commerce graduate and is an advocate registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 1999. His expertise in Trust laws and Housing co-operative societies is immaculate. He is well versed with property laws. He guides and assists in formation and registration of PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUSTS. He is a REGISTERED TRADE MARK ATTORNEY with Trade Mark Registry, India. He has expertise in drafting, vetting and registration of various legal documents such as partnership firms, Wills, Joint ventures, foreign collaboration, family arrangements and partition of HUFs.
